Досвід діяльності Інженерного корпусу армії США (USACE) та можливість його застосування в Україні

У статті проаналізовано основні напрями робіт Інженерного корпусу армії США (USACE) та надано рекомендації щодо застосування цього досвіду в умовах українських реалій. Розглянуто концепцію діяльності Інженерного корпусу армії США, яка полягає в забезпечені підтримки життєдіяльності різноманітних підрозділів армії США, а також у реагуванні на стихійні природні й техногенні катастрофи. Показано, що Інженерний корпус армії США проводить роботу у трьох основних напрямах, виконуючи цивільні, військові та науково-дослідницькі місії. Доведено, що основне завдання Інженерного корпусу армії США є гуманітарним та полягає у створенні безпечних умов для життєдіяльності військовослужбовців і цивільних громадян, а кінцева мета Корпусу – це сприяння досягненню суспільного блага та добробуту на основі застосування таких принципів традиційної культури Корпусу, як професійна досконалість, відданість, чесність і турбота про якість продукції.
